the interview went well - when you go, go by train or plane (unless you're good at driving around construction downtown...which i'm not). the interview day is from 9-3, so make sure you eat breakfast!! they set you up w/ a tour and history of the school, which you do as a group, and then depending on what time your faculty interview is, you have your student interview early or late. it's a really nice school, adn really pricey too, but look into it if you're a non-traditional student or interested in minority (including women's medicine). it was my first interview, and a really good experience.

i should add that the interview (faculty) was scheduled to be 30 mins, w/ questions, but ended up being nearly 1.5 hours and was more of a conversation than interview. the guy before me was out in 30 flat. at times, i felt like i was interviewing the professor, and so i guess you cna't really go by a standard on what to expect.

This pertains to the MD/PhD at Drexel. It was very laid back and informal. Lot's of questions about your research. But it was LONG. I had eleven interviews of about a half hour each in the span of 7 hours. The director of the program did some of her postdoc at UVa, so that was a nice connection.
So, eat well before hand. I barely had a chance for lunch.

My interview was VERY laid back. I was in and out in 20 min. Dr Kurnik (if you have the option to pick) was quick. He didnt ask any difficult questions. Overall I left with a good impression of the school.
