The first question they ask you is "tell me a little about yourself." Make sure you let them know enough so that they have a good followup. This is a good opportunity to direct the conversation wherever you want. I had one opinion question only. She wanted me to discuss certain problems in medicine. All in all, it was a very relaxed interview and they have awesome facilities. ;D

GW was nice and laid back. Two interviews, each a half hour. One student and one faculty. They had a good tour and nice facility. One interesting thing is that the interviewers are blind to your application. They've never seen it. So if you have something you want [or think you need] to bring up, do so. Because they're not going to.

I had an interview at GW last week and echo what has been written above. I had an ok interview with a second year student. I don't know how much training they receive but she seemed to jump around from subject to subject. My faculty interview was great. We talked a great deal about my native country as my interviewer had just spent some time there visiting his son who has been volunteering there. We talked about what I enjoy doing in my spare time, qualities of a good doctor, etc. Nothing particularly difficult.
I really fell in love with GW's facilities this summer when I went to an open house. I am also impressed with what seems to be very early clinical exposure. The main drawback is the price tag. Yikes!
